We have many years of experience in independent die opening. Sampling box is the core part of the sampler. Our company has strict requirements for the production of sampling box in the sampler. It has very strict requirements in flatness and size. If we can not standardize the production of sampling box, it is easy to lead to unsatisfactory sampling, long burrs and other consequences. There are many kinds of sampling boxes produced by our company. According to the steel samples taken, there are round, elliptical, thick and thin samples. The wall thickness of the sampling boxes can also be distinguished by 1.5 or 2.0, and the length of the inlet can be divided. It can also be produced according to user's needs.
Installation and use method
1.Insert the sampler into the special measuring gun;
2.When measuring, the molten steel sampler inclines 60-65 degrees and inserts into molten steel. The insertion depth is more than 350 mm and the sampling time is 4-6 seconds.
3.After the sampler is removed from the metal melting furnace and ladle, it taps gently on the ground, and the steel sample falls to the ground.
Matters needing attention
1.Samplers must be protected from dampness during storage.
2.Molten steel must be sampled at temperatures above 1400 C.
3.Avoid strong vibration to prevent quartz tube from breaking.
4.Aluminum sampler is used as deoxidizer for steel sample with high oxygen content. Aluminum-free sampler is used as deoxidizer-free sampler for steel sample with low oxygen content.Sampler Probe factory
